Registration
BEFORE YOU START
To register online you will need the following:
1. scanned copy of your child's birth certificate
2. scanned copy of your child's picture
3. a scanned copy of a current physical (dated 8/2/2011 or later). If you do not have
a current physical one must be on file before your child will be allowed to
participate
4. Payment is required at time of registration you will need a valid credit/debit card or paypal account to complete registration
Cost:
A,B, or C: $165 (inluding $100 buy out)
Flag (including buy out) $75
Family plans (including buy out)
Family Plan (2 or more A, B, C participants): $275
Multi-Child (1 A,B, C and 1+ others): $240
NOTE: By choosing to register online you will automatically choose to buy out of fundraising. However you are still required to perform at least 2 volunteer duties per child. If you fail to completeall parts of the form or complete payment at the time fo registration your child IS NOT registered.
